Refund and Return Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for orders placed directly on mindfulvessel.com. It is part of our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before you order. Mindful Oil is a personal-care product, so for hygiene and safety reasons we generally do not accept physical returns, and except where the law requires otherwise, all refunds and exchanges are granted at our sole discretion.

Before Your Order Ships

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund of the amount you paid, for any reason. This includes presale and pre-order items, which do not have a guaranteed ship date. To cancel, email info@mindfulvessel.com with your order number before the order ships.

Within 30 Days After Delivery

Change of mind. If you change your mind within 30 days after your order is delivered, we will refund the amount you paid less nine dollars ($9.00) per unit, and you keep the product. You do not need to ship anything back. Example for reference: A 2 pack counts as 2 units.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@mindfulvessel.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and a clear photo. At our discretion, we will replace the item or refund it. Replacements are final and are not eligible for a further refund, return, or exchange.

After 30 Days From Delivery

All refund, return, and exchange rights expire 30 days after the delivery date. After that, we do not offer any refund, return, or exchange, for any reason. This applies to every order.

Lost or Stolen in Transit

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. Loss, theft, or misdelivery that occurs after the carrier accepts your package is your responsibility, and you are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after carrier acceptance, or for orders affected by an address you entered incorrectly or incompletely.

Fraud and Abuse

We may decline any refund, return, or exchange that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms of Service, and we are not required to provide a detailed explanation of our decision. If you initiate a chargeback, we may decline to process refunds, returns, or exchanges on your current or future orders.

Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer standard exchanges. Where we agree to an exchange in connection with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it is handled at our discretion as described above.

Marketplace and Third-Party Orders

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or platform, such as TikTok Shop, that purchase is governed by the return and refund policies of that platform, not by this Refund Policy. Please use the platform’s process for any request.

How to Make a Request

Email info@mindfulvessel.com with your order number and, for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a clear photo. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Discretion and Your Legal Rights

Except where a refund, return, or exchange is required by applicable law, all refunds, returns, and exchanges under this Policy are granted at our sole discretion. Nothing in this Policy limits any right you may have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
